Our Training Approach
At De Leon Dynamics, we welcome students at all levels—whether you’re just starting or already flying high. While we do offer drop-in options, our program is built around consistent, progressive training designed to support real growth.
Students are encouraged to commit to a minimum of 2 classes per week to build the strength, skill, and confidence needed to advance safely and successfully.
Class Plans (4-Week Sessions)
To see real progress, we encourage students to train at least 2x per week!

Strong Start: Aerial Foundations Program
Our 8-class introductory program introduces students to silks, hammock, lyra, and trapeze in a fun, structured environment with a 6:1 student-to-coach ratio. Designed to build strength, confidence, and foundational skills, this is the perfect entry point into our progressive aerial training system.

At De Leon Dynamics, performance is part of the process. We offer multiple showcase opportunities throughout the year, giving students of all levels the chance to take the stage, celebrate their progress, and gain valuable performance experience.

Performance Tracks: Where Training Meets Purpose
For students who want to push further, we offer focused performance tracks that go beyond weekly classes. These programs are designed to elevate serious aerialists and support long-term artistic and athletic development.
Demo Team
Our Demo Team is a selective training track for dedicated youth and teen students who want to perform, compete, and grow as artists. Team members train multiple times per week and represent De Leon Dynamics in local, national, and international performances.
This is an ideal next step for students who are progressing through our level system and want to experience the discipline and excitement of being part of a team.
Professional Track
A new kind of training program—created specifically to help advanced-level competitive aerialists make the leap from serious student to working performer.
This small, selective program is customized for each participant and combines elite-level training with hands-on professional development—from act creation and audition prep to performance styling, rigging, and more.
Led by Victor and Nicole Flores—professional performers, producers, and elite coaches—this program offers everything today’s emerging aerialists need to transition from training to career.
Artist Residencies
Our residency program is designed for intermediate and advanced aerialists visiting from out of town who want to immerse themselves in high-level training. Available year-round, residencies range from 1 week to several months and include access to appropriate-level classes and personalized support based on your goals.
This is a great option for independent artists, company members, or pre-professionals looking for structured, skill-focused training in a professional environment.
